SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

All ESKAE pieces are handmade-to-order and are processed within 10 to 15 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please read below for more information.

Owing to the rising number of COVID cases in Delhi and to ensure the safety of our production staff, there will be a delay of at least 10-12 business days. We hope you understand our concern regarding the same and hope to return back to full capacity as soon as possible. 

 

DOMESTIC/INDIA 

We offer free shipping in India. Once your order has been shipped, it will take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

We offer free international shipping to all countries globally on orders above USD 250 or equivalent. On order under USD 250, shipping will be calculated at check out based on your location. 

Our shipping partners are UPS, FedEx and DHL for delivery anywhere outside India. International delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Depending on where you're located, you might be subject to duties. It’s best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

OTHER INFO

Each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted in hallmarked 925 silver. Each of them is checked before dispatch to ensure quality and complete satisfaction. We do not offer refunds on purchases made on eskae.co. All purchases are final. However, once your pieces are received, you can email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report any damage upon arrival. We do not offer exchanges on purchases due to hygiene reasons. If however, you would still like to request an exchange, it must be approved and go through our Customer Service team who can be reached at info@eskae.co. We only accept pieces that are not used and returned with all original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and applicable costs.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@eskae.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct size for any jewellery piece. In case of exchange of size, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and applicable costs. If you are unsure about your size, check out our ring size guide or email our Customer Care team at info@eskae.co.

Due to the current circumstances due to COVID-19, there might be a slight delay of a day or two in the shipment of orders. We’re doing everything on our end to ship all the orders within the stipulated time period nonetheless. 

Please be aware all international orders (outside India) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information. EsKae will not be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
